Our Story

Allianz Transformers Pvt Ltd was established in the year 2000. The company setup a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Palghar, Maharashtra, India to manufacture power, distribution and furnace transformers. Since its inception, Allianz has pioneered in manufacturing of corrugated type distribution transformers. The company is a regular exporter of transformers to countries such as Dubai, United Kingdom, Kazakhstan, Nigeria, Kenya, Zambia, Yemen, etc. The company has gained international repute winning repeat orders courtesy of its zero-failure record. Allianz is an approved vendor for all the major PSUs and DISCOMs in India. Currently, Allianz is a leading manufacturer & exporter of Power, Distribution, Furnace Transformer, Solar Inverter Duty Transformer, Dry Type Transformers, Special Duty Transformers & Instrument Transformers.

The company is also offering repair & service of Transformers up to 30 MVA /132 kV Class at our Palghar facility. All our Transformers undergo stringent Q.C procedures and tested as per Indian and International Standards.

Allianz has assembled an inhouse team and facility to cater to the customers transformer requirement at an affordable cost. The processing of the transformer including core cutting, HV/LV winding, core coil assembly, ovening, tank fabrication, painting, final assembly, testing and dispatch is done in the factory premises. These processes are carried out in latest machinery and are monitored to minimize material and process losses.

Allianz has assembled a diligent team of experts, who are its most valuable possession. The management team has an excellent blend of youth and experience, constantly striving for excellence and growth opportunities. Our promoter Mr. KK Narayanankutty, has more than 35 years of experience in the electrical and transformer Industry. He previously headed the testing and commissioning team for Reliance petrochemical 410MW plant. Other major projects commissioned under his guidance were at IFCO, Bajaj Auto, Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals, Rashtriya Fertilizers and Chemicals, etc. He is conversant in Testing of all Types of Transformers as per Indian and International Standards. He was one of the pioneer in developing corrugated type distribution transformers in India. The team boasts experienced team of engineers and managers from India’s prestigious Bschool IIM.
